Feelgood is cost effective. In only one day your delegates will experience and test themselves in a range of people management problem areas. Based around a unique board game, Feelgood provides interactive learning that sticks.  Players will learn both from other participants and the game’s expert facilitators.

Feelgood is fun and competitive.  To be effective learning has to be engaging, hence our board game format.  Groups compete within the game to get the highest Feelgood points and develop their people management knowledge at the same time.

Feelgood is highly flexible.  The people issues within the game can be tailored to fit your exact needs.  The time and location of the session is also totally flexible.

Feelgood outputs are high impact.  Players will leave with a heightened awareness of people management best practice and will get live feedback about their own skills and contribution to team working . They can also revisit existing policies in the light of best practice discussed during the game.
